      There wasn't any pros there

      Cons

      The dispatch is the most disrespectful and egotistical people ever. They should not be working there if they refere to drivers as dumb and uneducated even though they themselves don't even have any education or a CDL . The trainers actively sabotage you and then the management is incompetent at best
