      very talented people. they know their stuff. technically sound and it is a wonderful place to learn stuff and improve coding. good quality work.

      Cons

      there was too much work load and not systematically planned. sometimes there used to be lot of free time. totally unpredictable.

      good work learning a lot of new stuff working in cutting edge technology good flat hierarchy open door policy work well appreciated. good recognition for effort.

      less pay (for intern) less organized sometimes too erratic!
