Pros

Compendium as a whole does a good job hiring people that actually care about the success of the company and are kind individuals. At first the company was great and exceeded my expectations but as years went on things took a turn and the culture shifted drastically.

Cons

There is little transparency, little growth opportunities, the upper management team dictates everything and does not allow for people to "step out of line" with how they envision things going. Old school mentality the people at the top make all the decisions and care little about new ideas or people trying to be proactive and implement new processes or programs. Hide behinds the mask of addressing the company as a "family" which is exceedingly toxic.

Pros

Everyone is dedicated and fun to work with. The company culture is the best I've ever experienced! The leadership really cares about you and wants to see you succeed, so they support you in every way they can.

Cons

The company is still growing, so if you are looking for a bigger company, this may not work for you.
