Working in Hamburg. I could mention the Team but as it looks at the moment the majority of the team (at least the good people) will leave by the end of the year
Cons
- nearly no Carrer oppertunities
- bad salary, if you want to get a raise you need to threaten them to leave and show an offer from another employer so that they maybe consider to raise your salary.
- horrible Managament, Lazzy and clueless people with no personal skills or even an understanding of the business.
- online short term thinking.
- "Imitate dont Inovate" is what the company runs by...
