I worked at Computer Consulting Operations Specialists full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people there are the best and they really care. If you have the right manager, they will take care of you. The founder is a wonderful person who really cares about the employees and the culture.

    Cons

The pay can be a little low for those that are just there for a job. If you put in the extra effort and stand out, you can get noticed.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with all your employees

I worked at Computer Consulting Operations Specialists full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you had a great manager like I didi it was great. Allowed to work without interference from Corp to do the job we needed to do, taking care of the client! CEO was great1

    Cons

No pay raises. All about corporate and nothing about employee's in the trenches that make it possible for company to survive. Always kept in dark. The more you gave the more that was expected with out reward. Always worried about the bottom line and nothing for the employes that helped keep the company make that bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Nothing to say that would help.

I worked at Computer Consulting Operations Specialists full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They took a chance on in-experienced people

    Cons

They didn't pay well, SR Leaders didn't take feedback well and made decisions that cost them business. Leadership was too young and immature. Leadership had cliques and when experienced management came on-board they would not stop micro-managing to allow them to implement changes.

    Advice to Management

Nothing too late even they are gone.

Social networking sites allow people to create new relationships and reconnect with friends and family. Increased communication, even online, strengthens relationships.

Social networking sites entice people to spend more time online and less time interacting face-to-face. The sites offer many time wasting activities that supplant more productive activities. Teens spend an average of nine hours per week on social networking sites (950 KB) . [22]
