There are some great people at this organization, who know their business (whether its technology, advertising, or events) inside and out. The culture is strong, thanks to some long-standing employees, events, and practices that keep CW humming. The company adjusted well to digital.
In the media business, there's always a worry about the long-term future.
Advice to Management
Management knows what the big issues are, but one suggestion I have is to work hard to bring new blood into the organization.
