Pros

There are some great people at this organization, who know their business (whether its technology, advertising, or events) inside and out. The culture is strong, thanks to some long-standing employees, events, and practices that keep CW humming. The company adjusted well to digital.

Cons

In the media business, there's always a worry about the long-term future.

Fake Management

Pros

They say they are an up & coming company with great connections in the world of tech. Their initial onboarding process is insightful and the company meets once a week to discuss (mainly sales') achievements and other business related news.

Cons

Lack of support from upper and middle management during difficult situations in work. Poor communication between upper management and frontline staff, distinguished "line" that you do not cross. Very slow to implement change. Unwilling to keep existing, very valuable staff members; would rather recruit new staff. Financially driven business with views of selling within five years so job security is questionable.
