    Pros

The company is currently undergoing tremendous growth, which makes for an exciting work environment! Management has recently implemented new programs highlighting company goals, opportunities and personal/professional growth. The company culture stresses the importance of teamwork, community and a good work/life balance.

    Cons

With the rapid growth currently taking place, there are bound to be some challenges. I think the company is doing its best to work through some management challenges by improving managers' skill sets, and as stated above, implementing new strategies to provide better structure, direction and goal setting for departments and employees.

    Pros

Great team environment, providing innovation to industry. The company is forward thinking in a sector that is resistant to change therefore we lead the change.

    Cons

Challenges exist in a industry that is reluctant to take on disruptive technologies with a new technology that has a perceived risk to replacing something that does work, has worked for many years, but just is the same tried and true method used for last 50 years.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course, increase efforts to diversify geographically, utilize or leverage existing supporters and previous customers to a greater extent.

    Pros

ConXtech is currently growing quickly, which makes for an interesting and challenging environment. We are developing and implementing more structure around various processes, while still maintaining a company culture that is fun, flexible and rewarding. Employees have the freedom to learn new things in- and outside of their field depending on interest. The management team is focusing closely on employee development during the growth period, which shows the commitment to personal advancement.

    Cons

ConXtech has a great environment for people like to jump-in and figure things out by asking questions and being resourceful. Therefore, it is not the best environment for people who are reliant on compartmentalized structure.
