      Good 401k matching and given a lot of independence to do my own work

      Cons

      Very limited PTO and flexibility within the position, yearly raises were fine, not great. Anytime I raised a concern- it took months to get a response and I felt like I was given the run around at every corner, always putting responsibility off onto the next person. The people I encountered were often very unprofessional. Absolutely no culture or value to employees.
