If you need benefits of any type, do not accept a job with this company. Worse mistake in my career

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

My regional director was always available to help.

    Cons

At the facility I worked in, management was terrible. They never wanted to hear opinions from others and conflict resolution was at a minimum because they were part of the problem.

    Advice to Management

Encourage younger, more eager management to look your way as your employees who have been around for a long time are turning a blind eye to potentially dangerous acts.
