No "real" cons. Contrack has its idiosyncrasies, not unike any other company. Employees need to adjust to those.

I have worked in Contrack for almost 9 years in Afghanistan Operations and Cairo Projects, I am feeling that all Contrack members like a family to me.

Cons

I don't think there is any downsides, at least in my opinion
