      - Good benefits - Small company atmosphere - You get to see a lot of the different sides of the business - Free soda - They have a gym on-site

      Cons

      - Limited upward mobility - Management plays favoritism - Job security depends on favoritism. People that have been with the company for years can still get laid off out of the blue - There is no training

      Growing Company with Archaic Mindset, Resistance to Progress

      Pros

      This company has a promising future. Howard Stoddard (COO) is the workhorse behind the company, and is also the most caring and humble person in upper management.

      Cons

      Upper management is extremely resistant to change and progress. Lack of SOPs and solid structure. Major overhaul needed for company to grow successfully and sustainably. This is not a company for forward thinking, self motivated, or progress driven people.
