Lack of Leadership!

Pros

Managers were flexible with work schedules.

Cons

They lack the importance of providing employees a clear goal, expectations, and even a job description. The "leaders" have no empathy for their employees, they only seem to care about the future outcome with no regard to helping employees have a clear goal set, a road map to success or a business strategy on how to outline a performance management. This is a small company that will continue to be "small" if they don't shift their minds on taking care of all their employees.

Pros

Better work like balance. Process oriented with technical background and tenured employees.

Cons

Not much growth or opportunities for advancement. Limited capabilities, especially facing margin compression from large FM competitors. Nepotism among owners and former owners. They only offer you more compensation if you are a threat to their business and decide to leave the company.

Pros

Previous management was phenomenal! They knew what to do and was not afraid or lazy to help out. Shame on this company for getting rid of great leadership.

Cons

Coming into GMP micro cleaning was scary at first however the previous management tremendously helped out. Lee, the manager at the time was super thorough and even helped out on the field and actually knew what he was doing. I’m not sure what had happened but he ended up leaving. Current management now does not do anything and knows basically nothing about anything GMP. Current management does not care about their employees. The work life balance is not great. And no communication at all. Last management was available literally 24/7 if you ever needed help or have questions; Documentation, shift coverage, payroll questions and even physical help on site, this was all covered. The new management probably hasn’t even step foot in a cleanroom or knows what we are even doing or going through.
