Pros
1. Salary on time its doesn't matter whether we received payment or not from client. 2. Good working hours 8.30 to 6 3. Respond employee culture & traditional (additional leave for Diwali, Onam & Pongal festival) 4. Working place very neat & clean always. 5. Office Infrastructure nice. 6. Good learning and get more exposure, particularly lots of fresh graduate engineers got more knowledge.
Cons
Nothing, Except one or two top level managers not respond employees care.
