Within the first month of emplyment 5 people left the company. Poor upper management, no real training, no raises, everyone pushes blame to others, can't pay vendors and is put on credit hold all the time. Point system if you give them 2 month notice for a doctor's appointment and need to take the day off you get points.
Employees are under-paid and under-valued. Constant turnover due to lack of raises and people leaving for better pay. One coworker told me that this is a great training facility. People come for the experience then leave for better pay.
