Flexible management, company culture is becoming more and more participative (lots of social events, corporate events, team training), great benefits and location (modern campus, free parking, basketball, beach volleyball in Montreal), lots of opportunities to perfect our knowledge and learn new things.

Cons

It's a medium-sized company so no pre-established "ladder" for career progress. Management is open about discussing new responsibilities and growth opportunities, providing training etc. For most consultants, being able and willing to travel to clients is a must.
