Pros
Some very good benefits and training opportunities, you can see the value in work you do. Opportunities to come in inexperienced and grow. Pay is ok for sector. Good engagement with colleagues internally.
Cons
Insecurities in leadership, toxic positivity means you can’t address or rise concerns and issues. A high number of low/mid weight experience in all departments, experience seems to leave due to leadership decisions & relationship. In my short time there I felt like the focus was all about consulting services and it conflicts with the objective of my role.my experience of working with HR was poor. Some people have been there for too long.
