Business Outlook
Pros
Close knit family type of feel. You are a name, not a number. Great opportunity to grow within the company. Truck drivers can make their way to branch manager with hard work and a good head on their shoulders. Plenty of hours. Rewards and bonuses for safety/company performance. Company rents Caterpillar equipment which is all mostly new and well maintained.
Cons
Pay is about the lowest for an equipment rental company. Benefits are not the best, but still better than other companies out there. The safety program focuses more on nailing you on something rather than positive reinforcement to prevent accidents/incidents.
