      Challenge technically but very doable with OJT and Mentoring . Mentoring is tough to schedule.

      Pros

      I worked at Crosspoint for 3 years as a calibration technician and enjoyed my time there. I was treated fairly and professionally. I was offered training to further my education which benefited my job skills.

      Cons

      I hope that all employees take advantage of the educational opportunities offered.
