Pros

The only pro is leaving to work elsewhere in a welcoming environment where the job title actually matches the description.

Cons

The people "training" you are attitudinal, moody, unhappy, & are working doing things that do not pertain to you while asking you to look over their shoulder to see their computer screen, instead of you having your own proper training on what you need to learn. Their open job title does NOT match the description to which "management" and "marketing" means create labels for shipping boxes & go to an ice cold warehouse 500 times a day, counting food workers filthy clothes for inventory, & handing workers invoices instead of them becoming modernized & utilizing technology like biometric time card sign-ins, instead of a time punch machine from Medieval times. It is a negative, unwelcoming environment where the owner explodes in anger, vents about his sales reps' incompetence & laziness, along with employees who are uptight, socially awkward, upset about being single mothers, & just flat out unwelcoming, curt, & rude. They will always have an empty spot to fill because they have NO CLUE how to build a team & have a healthy, happy working environment where work is completed in a positive way where people look forward to coming.
