    Pros

Ok place to start right out of college to get some office experience and something to put on your resume if you are desperate. They will hire just about anyone there.

    Cons

Absolutely no room for advancement, no benefits what so ever, and an extremely low salary. Management is not very effective.

    Advice to Management

Employees need some kind of incentive in order to dedicate themselves to their job. A little praise goes a long way.

    Pros

They're always hiring, because the turnover is so high...how hungry are you? Like, literally, are you starving? More than 75% starving? If so, then I guess work there. Most of the coworkers are reasonable and nice, but they are as stressed by the terrible management as you are and you will get into arguments. It won't be about you, but it will be awful. Every day. The environment is poisonous. I hope you like oatmeal for dinner. If you like oatmeal for dinner and love bad management, then this is a GREAT place to work.

    Cons

See Pros. Terrible pay, no communication, no advancement, abusive management, you can do better. Illegal holiday policies. Good luck. (you're welcome)

    Advice to Management

Hire an HR person (and pay them A REASONABLE SALARY). It won't take care of everything, but first priority should be to put someone in between you and your employees. You are terrible managers.

    Pros

The only thing bearable about this place are friendly co-workers who can relate to the struggle of working for the company.

    Cons

Extremely low salary!! NO BENEFITS! I was lied to when I got hired that they offered benefits only to find out market prices were cheaper. No systematic organization. Late pay on checks with NO prior warning, explanation or apology!!! I mean for the little they pay employees the LEAST management can do is pay on time.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together! Treat employees with respect and you will get better product!
