Pros

Dedicated employees and company mission. Good brand names in the market. Loyal employees and customers.

Cons

Arrogant, authoritative and bias leadership. Highly political and Buddy buddy system for promotions, raises and head count approvals. Product management is a decade behind, digital solutions don’t work, web is over engineered, marketing cannot finish any presentation on time, sales territories are unfairly set, supply chain underestimating stocks, parts often late, brand team self serving and killing powerful and recognized brand names from acquired companies, DEI is a checkbox, sustainability’s impact is overinflated, HR encouraging to manage with fear tactics and retaliation, customer service processing at a slowest pace. Everyone is selling everything everywhere and making promises to customers that cannot be met. Highly matrixed since merger which created a mess. Even customers are calling it as such. We spend too much time on reinventing processes rather than using common sense to move things along. Leaders expectations are killing job satisfaction and fulfillment. It’s a sweat shop. Bad culture. Wondering who put 5 star rating, I have to find these folks. Maybe they are in HR or comms.

Pros

Benefits such as car and good 401K match

Cons

Micromanaging is terrible, sexism, tenure is the only way to excel at this company. People are not treated equally. They just acquired a failing company previously known as Pall and everything has started failing. Product lines are not robust and regularly we experience problems with brand new equipment. There is no consistency at this company when it comes to all things including policies, employee treatment, work practices, quality. I am currently looking for a new job and I would not recommend working here.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and Cytiva Celebrates Recognition program by employees for employees, remote work flexibility

Cons

Poor leadership, moving backwards when it involves innovation, gender biases blatant throughout the organization, takes forever to get anything done or get approvals. Constantly in Kaizen's to fix things but nothing gets fixed. Worst corporate culture I have been a part of, including aggression from senior leaders which is rewarded. No consequences for acts discrimination. HR is weaponized. Projects are never completed because new leadership decides to pivot. Science technical skills prioritized over any other technical or soft skill in non-science related departments. Have not figured out how to communicate. Teams don't collaborate. 0/10 do not recommend.
