I have been working at DMS full-time

    Pros

Good pay, great owner, good location, close to Highway and not a lot of traffic on the way to or from work with the work hours they have

    Cons

Long hours, management needa to be re-trained and the turn over rate may not be so high. Lack of enthusiasm from management is evident.

    Advice to Management

The CO needs to fire upper management and the one human resource person and hire a whole new staff. When a company can't keep employees that's an asset to the company there is a problem

    Pros

Growing stable company that is becoming a industry leader. Employees are kind and great to work with.

    Cons

Very little training or encouragement for the type of work you do. 13 hour shifts three days a week with rotating shifts every month. Very little room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with more care. Treat them poorly and they will work for you poorly.
