Pros

The relationship with other employees. Good work/life balance if you're not management.

Cons

Pay isn't great and they don't believe in raises. Once you hit the max pay for your position, no more raises. Also the company keeps changing things, which can be good, but they're doing too much at once.

Everything. Variable pay system with Admin time paid at $10 an hour. Stealing an hour from you every day even if you are only given enough work for a 4 hour day when your parts are shipped to your house making your house home base. Working 3 five hour days and 2 thirteen hour days because they can’t dispatch their way out of a wet paper sack.

Nice Vehicles, Good, not great, starting pay.

Cons

No hours. Bad communication. Recruiter will give a great pitch, once hired he will disappear and never be heard from again. ASM has too large an area to effectively manage. Office states an open door, or open phone line for support. Often does not answer or takes a long time to return a call.
