      One of my first jobs out of school and still by far the worst experience of my career

      Paul Davis is a talent designer

      Cons

      Steven Ryder is an impossible boss. He definitely should not be running an office and mentoring employees. He refused to pay for the hours worked, constantly belittled employees, and acted inappropriately toward others. Also, lacks any sort of design skills or aesthetic understanding.
