A horrible culture of bullying and intimidation. I saw one young lad reduced to tears. Supervisors constantly bellow orders and one boss will give you a massive dressing down for doing exactly what another boss has told you to do. Fork lift drivers rule the roost and just shout and swear at and belittle everyone for no reason whatsoever. Bullies who's mothers didn't cuddle them enough now passing on their anger to people they know won't fight back. Pathetic really. They say you are expected to carry items over 25kg but the reality is that you are expected to pull impossible weights in cages and on pallets with pump trucks that don't work, whilst all the time having a furious, eye popping boss screaming blue murder at you.

Absolute slave labour! Do not even attempt to work here. Sat in a health and safety induction for 2 hours. arrived at 5pm - was sat in canteen for 2.5 hours until they said we can commence work. Only get paid from 7.30pm instead of 5pm. As soon as we got on to the deck it was like all hell had broke loose and health and safety was out of the window. People being hit constantly with ladders / poles / pallet trucks forklifts nearly running people over absolute carnage.
