    Outside town, gas money, tolls, and drive time

    Advice to Management

    Work out a deal with Metro to send a bus to your facility from Houston.

    It's a supposily good company to expand in, and has many open opportunities for individuals trying to move up...

    Cons

    People there show favoritism and it seems like upper management be unfair towards certain individuals about helping them move up and expanding in the company.

    I am a hard-working person, who is willing to learn and do multiple tasks to improve myself in expanding with a company.

    The hours are very good for a student and for someone who kids who go to high school and play sports.

    The SALARY could be a bit more than what it is.

    Good benefits, mostly good people.

    Cons

    Management doesn't bother to communicate or make decisions. Lots of issues with the dual management from the US and Japan at the same time with different goals. No real employee development.
