    I worked at Data2Logistics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Very good benefits package with medical, dental, and eye coverage.

    Cons

    Never enough fully trained staff in the Data2 workforce. Experienced staff must work extra hours to make up for new hires that cannot yet perform the required functions. This is a double edged sword, as the overtime hours make the paycheck fatter, but at some point there needs to be a work-life balance. Management rarely recognizes good performance, but is quick to point out client complaints to employees. Very little to no feedback from management on employee performance. Employees are required to write their own annual reviews, which proves slacker management.
    There is no room for advancement within the DATA2 organization. Many positions are filled by external candidates, but should have been filled internally to boost employee moral.

    Advice to Management

    Please give feedback to hourly employees, whether positive or negative. Encourage team work, and plan for employee turnover/ attrition so there is less stress on senior staff members.

    Pros

    Good Benefits and if you don't work hard you don't have to do all your work.

    Cons

    All white managers who bully their employees that they do not like. If you work hard you will get other's work. The longer you work here the less you will make; those working here for a long time make less than those coming in off the street. You get promoted if they like you or if you threaten to leave.

    Advice to Management

    Wipe the slate clean you have too many managers from the good old days that are no longer in the best interest of the company making your decisions.

    Pros

    Good benefit package . There is opportunity to advance is you are in the inner circle. EU location is the one bright spot in this organization.

    Cons

    Severe favoritism and lack of leadership. Constant management backstabbing, lying and misleading of employees.

    Advice to Management

    PLATINUM the holding company should get rid of the existing Sr. and US local management. Start fresh with a new outlook.

    Pros

    Good people to work for and with. Intelligent, compassionate, honest. They recognize, appreciate and reward their most loyal employees.

    Cons

    The wages are very low and, while local management seems to try to make things better for all of us, after twenty-two years they simply have not accomplished much.

    Good atmosphere, great benefits, on going training at various levels, supervisors and general manager always available if you need them.

    Cons

    I do not have any complaints at this time.

    People you work with are like a team. They all help each other as we try to achieve set goals.

    Cons

    Cost of living. Seems to be a growing company that needs more employees such as trainers to train and HR at each site.

    Advice to Management

    The Managers need to have fully trained employees under them in order to be successful themselves. Please consider investing in the bottom not just the top.

    Pros

    Ability to learn different aspects of business. Growth opportunities.

    Cons

    Invest Company, so very little to no raises given unless promoted. Also no minorities in management. Almost exclusively white men.
