I have been working at Data2Logistics full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

People you work with are like a team. They all help each other as we try to achieve set goals.

    Cons

Cost of living. Seems to be a growing company that needs more employees such as trainers to train and HR at each site.

    Advice to Management

The Managers need to have fully trained employees under them in order to be successful themselves. Please consider investing in the bottom not just the top.

    Pros

Ability to learn different aspects of business. Growth opportunities.

    Cons

Invest Company, so very little to no raises given unless promoted. Also no minorities in management. Almost exclusively white men.

I worked at Data2Logistics (More than a year)

    Pros

With a previous supervisor life was great. Then a new one who had no training as a supervisor. Micro managing, making up rules that made no sense, wanting to talk for way too much time when we were busy. So basically no pros any longer. All cons

    Cons

Almost everything unacceptable. From the top at Salt Lake who need to be trained on how to treat people and two of the managers. Most people would appreciate more money as bonuses rather than more food.

    Advice to Management

Hire qualified people. Management in salt lake is generally bad. This is upper and supervisors. Ops is the worst. Not friendly, arrogant. Auditing mgr is great, IT is good.

    I worked at Data2Logistics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Coworkers were great, for the most part, and genuinely cared about doing a good job for clients.

    Cons

Stress levels are terrible, morale is consistently low, workloads are unmanageable, training is amateurish (overloaded employees expected to train newbies who are thrown into the deep end way too early). Management is terrible. They will lie to you and about you and throw you under the bus to deflect attention from their lack of leadership. Reactive, not proactive. Just moving from crisis to crisis and fire to fire. They pretend to be the industry leader when competitors offer much better product/technology. Many, possibly most, people don't feel like it's possible to do a good job. If clients had any idea what goes on, there would be no clients.Raises are small to nonexistent, career paths are unclear and inconsistent.

    Advice to Management

I wouldn't bother offering them advice as they wouldn't listen. Employees are interchangeable cogs in a broken machine. CEO overheard to refer to workers contemptuously as "peons", asking, "who cares what they think?" Of course, if you are a young, well built woman, he'll at least pretend to care while he chats you up. Otherwise, you're invisible.

    Pros

Supervisor was really nice and knowledgable.

    Cons

No professionalism at all. Not enough office equipment, outdated office equipment.

    Advice to Management

Fort Myers needs to scrap Salt Lake City and start all over!!

I have been working at Data2Logistics full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Benefits are great. Love the PTO time and the flexibility to use it. I love the people I work with which make it tolerable to work here. Schedule flexibility. I love my clients and the relationships I have with them.

    Cons

Everyone here is overloaded, stressed, and most people don't want to stay because of that. Salary definitely needs to be re-evaluated especially when the cost of living goes up and the company does not give annual raises for years. Supervisors and managers need to be what they are paid to do. The moral in the office is horrible at all times.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees what they deserve to avoid turnover. Show appreciation for your stressed out employees. Value everyone that works here not just the people who have stayed over the years. Stop the "throwing people under the bus" that happens daily causing people to feel uneasy in their position.

    I worked at Data2Logistics full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you don't have aspirations this is a good passive job. Start making friends soon because otherwise you will be looked at with suspicion.

    Cons

Limited room for professional growth. Lack of encouragement for self initiative and advancement.

    Advice to Management

Treat your AC's better and require more education for the position.
