Make an awesome product that is reliable, desirable and cutting edge. Made in the USA and has a great pedigree coming originally from DTS
Cons
Poor upper management which has led to many cuts in staff as well as other key members leaving because of management conflicts. Company is unstable

Most talented people let go. Investor bought the company but has idea how to run it. Company dying.
