Their bonus structure is based on call reviews and doesn't pay a ton. The max you can make is $1,000 per quarter as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist if you have an incredibly high score in order to earn it.
High turnover, usually. I can guarantee it's primarily because of the client-base of dealerships being frustrating, and the poor pay.
Only negative thing I can say is that the managers and heads of the company sometimes make it feel like you're going to get fired. 4 different people on our team have expressed that feeling, including myself, which is not how a manager or high level associate should be running the ship.
I don't think it's a long term solution if you're looking to make more money in the future.
They know they likely won't retain you for incredibly long amount of time (5+ years), so they aren't as open to helping you develop your career past your daily tasks.
