1. The founder is a highly egoistic guy with no scope for flexibility. He wants things done his way and if he is a man of vision, that's actually admirable but unfortunately, that isn't the case.
2. Since the founder is also highly confused about what he wants, every single creative goes through so many iterations that by the time it's done, you'll be so exhausted that you'll actually wanna head on over to the shop next door and light up a cigarette.
3. It's not talent that gets recognised here. It's the people who flatter the management. Due to that, growth is almost non existent for talented souls
4. Scope for creativity is non existent and even after all the unnecessary iterations to every single creative, the ad will still be generic and even worse than before and there wouldn't be a single creative ad that you would want to put in your portfolio as generic creatives are favoured over creative ones
5. No fresher is given proper training and they are just expected to perform to the level of a senior immediately. Due to that, there were a lot of confusion and chaos that could have been easily avoided
6. Micromanagement rules the show here as every single work done is thoroughly scrutinized by the management and due to that, no scope for personal growth at all
7. Talking to the decision maker is a huge waste of time as he'll spend hours making you run around in circles over petty issues and by the time you're done, you'll be mentally drained and exhausted
8. Attrition rate is at an all-time high here and most people leave in a matter of months due to the above mentioned factors. This is not a place for independent thinkers and creative people. This is a place for flatterers and puppets
