Pros
The best thing about DeliveryApp is the culture. It's genuinely supportive and collaborative, and you feel like you're part of a team that's pulling in the same direction. There's no ego, and management is really approachable and open to new ideas. Specifically on career progression, it's excellent. Management is actively invested in your development and there's a clear path for growth if you're willing to put the work in. I've been given opportunities to take on new responsibilities and lead projects that I wouldn't have been able to at a larger company. They really prioritise promoting from within and provide resources for training. On top of that, the work itself is challenging and interesting, and you feel like you're making a real impact.
Cons
To be honest, it's hard to find major faults. If I had to pick something, it would be that as the company is growing so quickly, some of the processes are still being formalised. This can sometimes lead to a bit of 'organised chaos', but everyone pulls together to get things done, which is also part of the fun.
