      Pros

      They tell their story to paint a great picture of the opportunity and offer all the support necessary to be successful. In reality, they say one thing and do another consistently. My hope was that I could make a positive impact especially during their time of rebranding to Delta360; however, you can't change the spots on a leopard.

      Cons

      Clint Vegas - father - retired and not involved sold to Adam Vegas his son. Adam is not Clint. The company runs customers out of fuel; they are 30 days past due invoicing cusotmers, has a history of not paying sales commissions.

      Pros

      Pay was decent but not worth the crap you have to put up with.

      Cons

      Disorganized, Management views everyone as replaceable. Will promise you the world and talk a good game but have no idea what they are doing. They quickly burn through talented people with unrealistic expectations.
