Wide variety of projects and teams, remote work was great, most people are willing to help you out as needed, positive work culture at the ground level
Cons
Merger was tough. There are a lot of VPs and Directors now and not a lot of direction. Poor trust between leadership and lower level employees. Layoffs happened about 1.5 months after we were told we were avoiding layoffs.
Design thinking approach
Cool clients with tough problems
Cross-disciplinary staffing
Cons
Delve has grown, through a merger, exponentially in the last two years and is very chaotic at the top. The first CEO only lasted a few months! It is hard to get good work done when there is so confusion.
