- Unprofessional to the core. Shouting at the employees is a regular sight. - One is not allowed to raise the voice. If you do, you will be showed doors to leave - Zero understanding on how political parties work on ground - False claims of successful campaigns - Below average peers and zero learning - No growth prospects - One of the directors have no knowledge of political space and shifts her blame to the employees when other directors intervene - Even Women employees are treated badly - No understanding of how companies work. Very late salary, deductions for no reason, constant reprimand & nitpicking. They make you overwork, expect you to be punctual & efficient at all times, but display the opposite behaviour when it comes to making payments. There is never a word of encouragement or appreciation. Bullying by so-called seniors is tacitly encouraged. There is work on weekends, work after shift hours, and worst of all, employees are expected to oblige every single time. There is little regard for employees' private life & space. Employees here are little better than slaves. Some though are treated worse than slaves.
