Atrocious Work Culture - Anonymous employee DesignBoxed Employee Review

Prior to working with Designboxed, all the companies I have worked with have displayed professional behaviour (if in varying degrees). However, Designboxed does not ascribe to any professional scale at all. Shouting at employees as if they are the company's personal bonded labourers is the norm. Ill-practices are rampant. And taking a stand against any of this will put you at a risk of getting kicked out of the company.
