Small sized company, easy to work with friendly employees
Cons
Corporate culture has been changed dramatically within past two years. lack of communication between management and employees, no room for growth, no career investment discussion at all. Too many overtime hours. No bonus.

Coworkers are friendly, top managements are easily accessible, great business model, laid back and relaxed culture, has great work life balance.
Cons
The company is still figuring out the which direction to take to grow the business. It's not in the best financial state.
