Thank you for your kind words. I think it's a sign of health and a huge compliment when someone says that their organisation’s leadership is willing to listen and make changes where needed. Communication is always important we appreciate that it's something that we need to continue to review and improve on. We also realise that our volunteers working on the ground are vital to our work. As we are growing and beginning to move again internationally we will be looking at new ways to support our volunteers as we are finding new ways post-COVID to continue our work helping exploited children.
