Pros

- Flexible working hours! - 5 days a week! - Overtime payment for work on (sat-sun) ( probably most of the time) - Opportunity to go abroad. ( If your project is important to company) - Bonus on Diwali ( That's what they say in Appointment later but no guarantee) - Nice People Around. ( Yes, Some of them) - Promote of good culture - Decent raise - take suggestions

Cons

- Nothing new to learn! They don't promote or aware about new emerging technologies. Still sticking with Old Way of creating website. in era of APIs. - It's hard to work hard when you only working your ars off but some people around you don't and they get more appreciation than you. - To get more appreciation of work and raise at the end of your contract. You need to be a favourite of certain someone. If you become that not even indian boss will able go against you. So better to have great social skills then a technical skills. - Opportunity to go abroad is only for the people who are in important project only. So cross you finder to be on the imp. project. - They say we will give you Bonus, But that's every year problem, every year they will say they don't have money and other excuse. Every years employees rebel for it and get little of bonus. So don't get you hopes high on that. - Some people around you is annoying, they don't let you focus on your work and behave they own the office and try to prove that how senior and important they are. & yes they are imp. for company so management will tolerate such behaviour of them. - Good Culture is just their selling point and fancy talk about how they follow netherland work culture and all. But That's not true. - None of suggestion will taken in consideration as its just one way process, only going to listen but never implement. - Project Management is big fuss. Estimation will be given without Sr./TL consideration. And unexpected deadline will put you under pressure. They say they follow scrum/agile methods. But Only Indian Boss is scrum certified and to be honest, he is very bad in communication and project management. though good office management. - Non technical project managers. They don't have slightest idea about technology. So always come with ruff requirement which developers have to refine and its consume time and will be blamed on developer for misunderstanding. - Raise are decent but again you have to be favourite to get what you want. otherwise ready to find new Job. - Its contract based job of 1 years and every year it gets renew. So be ready to fire any moment or better read you appointment letter carefully.
