      Pros

      - smart and humble engineers - competitive salary - great working environment - flexible hours - very organized - well managed - not running by finance guys or business guys. very engineering oriented company - layout guys are well treated here compared to other companies..

      Cons

      - No ESPP - still very European focused company - not enough EDA support - not well known in the US

      Pros

      Good health package, ok pay, no real travel restrictions, R&D budgets are big.

      Cons

      Engineering is very political, covering the fact that their technical capabilities are very low. No business leadership strategy, stuck in historic success with no plan for the future and no sense of urgency to change. No organizational strategy, empire building based. Hasn’t been an org change since inception due to no Corp development strategy.
