    Pros

Small company, so you're able to form close relationships with some of the people who worked there... Kind of like going through boot camp - you form bonds with the people who are enduring the same things you are. If you have any intelligence, you will be in the top tier of performers so the job is really easy.

    Cons

Serious lack of resources. Management often pits you against each other. Company owner is very smart, but very eccentric. That just frustrates you because you see potential but then things fail for the dumbest reasons. Really bad pay and zero efforts to retain anyone worth keeping

    Advice to Management

Don't be so cheap. If you want to make precision instruments, you don't equip your people with rusty knives, old shoe strings, and a chain saw.

    Pros

    - Hmm...the turnover rate is really high so you get to meet new people quite often.

    Cons

    - CEO is a dictator. Uses fear as his medium for obedience.
    - Everyone is suing everyone.
    - Culture is insanely depressing, seeps away at your soul.
    - CEO has a tradition to mass email "do this or you're fired!" almost on a bi-weekly basis.

    Advice to Management

Understand that within business, people are the most essential asset.
