      Paid insurance and flexibility, but toxic culture prevails

      Pros

      Insurance is paid for. Half day Fridays. Some WFH flexibility.

      Cons

      The accounting culture in OKC is toxic. Upper management micro manages and talks down to employees. The company grew very fast but it doesn't seem like anyone at the top has worked for a large company. If you aren't part of the "it" crowd there is no career development.

      Pros

      Diamondback is a great company to work for. The pay is decent and the benefits are second to none. From having your own clinic for employees and family to a generous bonus plan and 401k match.

      Cons

      Management sometimes lacks direction. As with any company communication is not always the greatest.
