* Constant monitoring and tracking: Your every move in office and on your PC is tracked. Feeling of being watched constantly. * Hybrid does not mean hybrid * Leave policy: if you need to leave 1 hour earlier, you’re forced to take half-day leave instead of being able to work back the time from home/in office * Random retrenchments: A role can go through retrenchments one day and be advertised the next * Poor leadership and unfortunately, within a big company you’re just a number to them * No clear vision. Leadership is just winging it and following what the next company does. * Who you know will keep you on the game longer
