Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, friendly company culture, working fully remote is a plus

Cons

Unclear overarching goal or trajectory as a company; there's a sense that different leadership groups aren't communicating enough about where they want Digiday to go. Limited room for growth and very sparse pay raises
