They make outragous compenstation projections that are not true. The President is hard to deal with and likes to point fingers to make sure no blame ever lands on him. Because of these two things and many more, turnover is high. I am stilled owed thousands of dollars on jobs that are almost a full year old, being that I had to take the claim to the labor board, you can not trust this company to pay you without a fight. They have admitted that I am owed the commissions but are yet to pay them.

Bust your tail to never get paid!!! Told to do one thing and then told to do another, but then you will get the lecture if you aren’t doing what “you’re suppose to do” when the daily job duty changed constantly. Never will you see a commission of what is promised. You’re hard work is unrecognized and will be proudly paid to the owner and not you as the sales rep!
