Pros

Not much anymore a paycheck and benefits. It used to be a wonderful place to work until they brought analytic companies in to make use more "efficient". Many years later and it's taken its toll on the core business, much of the talent has moved on or has been laid off.

Cons

Promotions are handed out as favor over merit. Management straight lies to the entire company straight to their face and thinks the employees are stupid. Layoffs, loss of innovation and if they don't turn it around and listen to the experts the end will be near. Holding and MBA does not make you an expert at running a company driven by niche products.

Largest in the world in its' category. Well funded and seeking to expand. Dedicated teamwork. Lots of opportunity.

Cons

As in any business, there are demands that come seasonally. Must be prepared to step up and take the ball and run with it.
