There is a good healthy culture of innovative and collaboration. Every day, I have the opportunity to work with talented and creative individuals who are passionate about their work. The company encourages open communication and values input from all team members, regardless of their role.

Cons

It is a fast-paced environment. Things are always evolving and changing. While some may see this as a downside, I found it to be an exciting and dynamic atmosphere where I was constantly challenged and engaged.
