Pros

Some incredible people work here and they are passionate about what they do. At one time there were many challenging projects and great opportunities to learn.

Cons

Leadership and upper management will lie to you. They will use all of the industry buzz words to make it seem like things are great, but the company is failing. Two layoff rounds in 2024 and one in 2025. The investor they brought in to help the company is killing it. Project return requirements were changed multiple times causing confusion on what the direction was. Clients were strung along with empty updates while leadership planned to kill the project or wait until the client was so upset that they cancelled the deal. The CEO is clueless as to how the everyday worker does their job and how projects move through development. The company is a huge fan of adding more and more managers while the actual workers are reduced. There is no transparency and asking too many questions makes you a target.
