Pros

The benefits package was by far the best of any job I've had, management was ok/mediocre at times, but I made great friendships with most of my coworkers who were very passionate, hard working and fun to be around.

Cons

Pay was embarrassingly bad for the amount of stress and responsibility that went with the job. Management at times seemed careless/ignored lots of issues within workplace, it was very disheartening at times and was not good for overall morale with all employees.

Pros

- Okay pay - Amazing and Friendly managers - Repairing bikes can be relaxing at times - Coworkers friendly - can be extremely flexible - rewarded with food trucks at times, and surprise treats that managers pay for

Cons

-Lots of promises not fulfilled, (eg. No gate for safety, No air conditioning) -Work can become chaotic, especially when you get extremely broken bikes to repair -Employees agree pay is low for what they're working - heat unbearable in the summer
