Working at Dosign, means you will be working in a small, dedicated team. We provide you with a clean-cut introductory training scheme, suited to your individual situation. Right from day one you are being coupled with a senior team member, who will consistently be mentoring you during the training, introducing you to the tricks of the trade. The scheme includes a range of complementary trainings which focus on organisational, sales-related and interpersonal skills. Meanwhile, your individual progress is assessed in evaluation and appraisal interviews with our HR staff.
